A course people wait to join.

A list that runs itself.

A red flag on the green, bunkers cut into the heather behind it and pines along the skyline in soft evening light

Act oneThe brief

What you told us on 9 October

The right things, done by hand.

From our call with you both. If we have anything wrong, tell us.

01

Around 200 on the waiting list

The prospective member days work well. Every application on the website form is exported to Excel by hand.

02

Nearer 30 joining than 40

Each new member means an induction coffee, arranged by back and forth emails.

03

Visitors need chasing now

After years of more demand than space, green fees have levelled off. The follow-up after a visit goes out through IG.

04

A Friday Roundup members read

Well read, and it looks as it did five years ago.

Everything here works on your current website and alongside IntelligentGolf. Member emails can stay in IG if you prefer: Email Studio builds them, and IG sends them.

Broadstone from the air: a fairway cut through pine and heather, bunkers short of the green, the town beyond

Act twoThe proposal

Four things

The brand. The enquiries. The Concierge. The emails.

01

The brand

Brand guidelines, measured from your own site and crest.

Free
02

Enquiries and the waiting list

Every enquiry in one place, answered in seconds, and the waiting list off the spreadsheet.

Capture
03

The Concierge

Answers on your website, day and night, and captures the enquiry.

£69 a month
04

The emails

The Friday Roundup, new member welcomes and every reply, in your brand.

Included with Capture

One · The brand

Your brand, written down.

Broadstone’s brand guidelines, written from your own website and crest. They are yours, free, whatever you decide, and every email here is built to them.

Two · Enquiries and the waiting list

The waiting list, off the spreadsheet.

Your membership form becomes a Capture form, so every application lands in a waiting list with no export. Each person gets a branded reply the moment they apply, and moving someone on a stage sends the next email, so a play-in invitation is one click.

  1. EnquiredThe reply goes the moment they ask
  2. On the listThey hear they are on it, and what happens next
  3. Play-in invitedThe invitation, by email and text
  4. Played inA thank-you, and the application
  5. JoinedThe new member emails begin
  • Shared: every email, note and task on the contact, synced with Outlook, so Jon and Ben see the same thing
  • Measured: enquiries by month, year on year, so a dip shows before the green fees do

New members, without the back and forth

When someone joins, a welcome goes out, then a meet the team email, then a check-in with a link to book a ten minute coffee. It reads your Outlook calendar, so the coffee simply appears in your diary.

Capture, in eighty seconds.

Three · The Concierge

It answers when the office is shut.

The Concierge sits on your current website, answers from your own pages, day and night, and puts every enquiry into Capture.

You took the last chatbot off your site, so judge this one on Broadstone’s own questions. It is live on a demo homepage now.

The Concierge, on broadstonegolfclub.com

Can four of us play on a Saturday in July?

Yes, visitors are welcome. A summer weekend round is £180, and each player needs a current handicap certificate. Shall I take your names and a date for the Office?

Captured as a visitor enquiry for four. The branded reply goes out, and the Office is notified.

The Concierge, answering on a club’s own website.

Four · The emails

Every email, in the club’s brand.

Email Studio designs each one in your brand and checks it for anything that sends mail to spam. Send from Capture, or copy it into IG and send it from there. Open any of them full size.

  • Your list moved across, with its unsubscribes, as part of setup.
  • Priced on sends, not contacts, so a large visitor list does not cost you more.

Coming soon

Capture Intelligence.

The reports Chris showed you, as a Monday briefing from your IntelligentGolf data: what changed, what matters and what to do next, including members who have stopped playing. Not part of this proposal.

Act threeInvestment

The arithmetic

One member pays for it.

A new full member brings in £5,577 in their first year. Year one of this proposal is £3,435.

What happens next

Three steps from here.

1

Ben tries Email Studio

His own login to Broadstone’s account, with the Friday Roundup already in it.

2

We talk in early November

When you are back from the conference, we agree what a trial covers and how long it runs.

3

Live in fourteen days

We move the waiting list and your email list, build the emails in your brand, and train Ben and the team.

Capture runs on a twelve-month initial term, then monthly with thirty days’ notice. Everything we build is yours, including the database and every contact in it. This proposal is valid for thirty days from 19 October 2026.

Try it

Ask the Concierge anything about Broadstone.

This is the real Concierge, reading Broadstone’s own information. Ask about green fees, joining, a society day or the dress code.

A demonstration: anything you send here comes to Albatross, not to the club office.
