Your website sells golf.

Your estate sells nine things.

The first fairway on the Hampton loop at sunset, a wide fairway rolling away under streaks of cloud

Act oneThe brief

In your words

A new website for a March or April launch. The Bird Hills style, with people in the photographs.

01

The whole estate

Golf, the range, coaching, adventure golf, the Spike Bar, the Somers Suite and the pro shop each get a front door, not a paragraph on someone else's page.

02

People in the pictures

You asked for it on 16 October, the day after the women's section said the site looked very male dominated. One shoot, planned in week one.

03

Delivered, with dates

You said March or April. A go-ahead by Monday 11 January 2027 puts the site live on Monday 22 March, the week before Easter.

04

On brand

We have already written your brand guidelines, covering logo, colour, type, photography and voice. This page is set in them.

Read the brand guidelines ↗

The estate in numbers

  • 27Holes, in three loops of nine
  • 3Eighteen-hole courses to choose from
  • 13Holes where water comes into play
  • 9Revenue streams
  • 4Missing from the homepage
  • 0Pages with structured data

A championship-standard course that has been on Sky Sports, and nine ways to make money from the same grounds. Four of the nine are not on the homepage, and nothing on the site tells a search engine or an AI assistant what any of it is.

The audit

Your homepage sells golf, a clubhouse and adventure golf. The range, coaching, the Somers Suite and the pro shop are not on it.

Nine revenue streams. Six homepage panels. We read the homepage and nine other pages on 4 November 2026.

Revenue streamOn the homepageWhere it lives today
MembershipYesIts own page. Prices are on it, so is placeholder text
Visitor green feesYesIts own page and a live booking link. The price table repeats itself
Group golf and societiesYesOne page, one enquiry form, winter packages linked from it
Clubhouse, Spike Bar and foodYesTwo pages. Menus are links
Adventure GolfYesOne page here, and a separate website of its own
Driving rangeNoA menu link and one page. It says 17 bays in one place and 20 in another
Coaching, with Ignite GolfNoA section at the bottom of the range page
Somers Suite, meetings and eventsNoA section of the clubhouse page. Seats 24 to 75
Pro shop and fittingNoA paragraph on the clubhouse page. Run by Midlands Golf

The people who find you through the range, the suite and the shop are not golfers yet. Four of your nine streams reach them, and none is above the fold.

Everything below is on the live site today. Open the page and look.

Placeholder text is live

Latin filler sits under real headings on three pages. They are the courses page ("Quis aspernatur eius esse"), the membership page ("laudantium ullam non") and the green fees page ("Sint natus quae velit"). The courses page also carries a heading, "Hole 1 in Hampton & Blythe", over more of it.

The price table repeats itself

The green fees table reads 9 holes £22, 18 holes £32, 27 holes £22 and 36 holes £32. The last two rows are the first two again, and a line of Latin sits in the same block.

The footer shows a template word

The visitors and group golf pages end with the copyright line reading "©currentyear". The homepage reads 2026.

The site disagrees with itself

  • Visitors page: trainers are not permitted
  • Green fees page: flat soled golf trainers are acceptable
  • Range: 17 bays here, 20 bays there
  • Group golf: 2024 golf days listed beside 2026 and 2027

A visitor asks the site a simple question and gets two answers.

What is buried

Three things most clubs would put on the front door. On your site none of them is on the homepage.

PGA EuroPro Tour and Sky Sports. The European Junior Open too. One paragraph, halfway down the courses page.

A lake driving range.Part grass, part lake, floating island greens and a 5-metre illuminated fountain. A menu link and a page.

Trackman in every bay.A heading on the range page. Not mentioned on the homepage.

A green and fairway under a blue sky streaked with cloud, russet grass in the foreground

Act twoThe proposal

Your brand, already started

Charcoal and stone. One green. Twenty-seven holes, one welcome.

Logo, colour, type, photography and voice, measured from your own site and written up as a full brand book. It is yours whether or not you appoint us. The website is built in it, and so is this page.

What we build

Ten front doors, organised around your customers.

A visitor, a family, a society organiser and a meeting booker each want a different page. Every stream gets its own page, photography and enquiry route. Your tee-time booking and your food and drink app stay where they are; the site routes to them.

The people

One shoot, for the faces the site does not have.

Your homepage already plays drone footage of the course, so we keep it and shoot only what is missing. A mixed four-ball on the first, the Spike Bar at five, juniors being coached, the women's section on the range. Same low light as your best course frames, so the two banks read as one set. Nothing is shot of children until you have confirmed paid-use consent.

Silent, short, small. Nothing autoplays with sound, nothing slows the page.

Everything we do

Eight things, and you already have four.

Albatross brings the brand, the campaigns and the content. Capture is the technology beneath them. Each part stands on its own and makes the next one worth more. Your Capture CRM and your AI Concierge are already running, so there is nothing to buy there. This page shows where the rest fits.

Campaigns

We already run paid social for Stonebridge. On the new site each campaign gets its own landing page, with its enquiries landing in Capture and counted by source.

Everything we build is yours, including the database and every contact in it.

Five · Your AI Concierge

It already answers when the office is closed.

Golfers, parents and society organisers look in the evening and at the weekend. Your Concierge already answers web chats on stonebridgegolf.co.uk and calls to the club, 24/7, and puts every enquiry into Capture with an email to your team.

It answers from a knowledge base you control. On 2 November we added the winter green fees, the nine hole buggy prices, cancellations and the Somers Suite, from your and Will's answers. The new site is written once, so the Concierge and your visitors read the same words.

How the Concierge answers, from what you have told it

Is the adventure golf open in the evening?

Yes. Adventure Golf is open from 9am to 9pm all winter, and the course is lit after dark. Would you like the booking link?

We need a room for a meeting of 20.

The Somers Suite seats 24 boardroom style, or 60 theatre style. Shall I pass your date and numbers to the team?

Captured as a Somers Suite enquiry for 20, with its source. The team is told straight away

  • Kept up to date by your team. Add or correct an answer in a simple back end, and it is live straight away.
  • One answer to each question. Dress code, prices, opening times and capacities, held once, so the site and the Concierge never disagree.
  • Enquiries reach the right person. Group golf, the Somers Suite and Adventure Golf parties each get their own route.
  • Nothing extra to buy. It is live and running now.

Six · Your Capture CRM

Every enquiry in one place, answered straight away.

Every campaign enquiry, Concierge conversation and website form lands in Capture as a contact, tagged with what they asked about, whether membership, a round, group golf, the Somers Suite or Adventure Golf. Each gets a reply the moment they ask, and a membership enquiry only becomes “hot” when the person has done something that shows it, such as booking a visit.

  1. EnquiredWhich membership, how they play today and when they could visit. The reply goes straight away
  2. Visit bookedA look round the course, the range and the clubhouse, with a reminder the day before. This is a hot lead
  3. VisitedA follow-up the next morning, with the details of the membership they chose
  4. AppliedThe application, once they have seen the place
  5. JoinedA welcome series, and a note after their first month
  • A monthly report you can take to the board. Enquiries, visits booked, members who join and the return on ad spend, with the campaign each one came from.
  • Old contacts brought back. Past visitors, lapsed members and old enquiries brought into Capture, tidied, and followed up.
  • One place, not several inboxes. Membership, group golf, the Somers Suite and Adventure Golf all land in Capture, so you and the team see the same thing.
  • Everything we build is yours, including the database and every contact in it.

Each step is a stage in Capture. Moving someone on sends the next email, so the team always sees where everyone is.

Seven · Email Studio

Every email in your brand, from one place.

Email Studio builds every email in Stonebridge’s own colours, logo and photography. That means the four replies from the forms above, and the news you send to members, visitors and Adventure Golf families. Your team writes a few lines, Email Studio lays them out and checks them for anything that sends mail to spam, and you send from Capture to the people who chose to hear. It comes with Capture, or we write, design and send the newsletters for you.

Here is one we built for you, from your own photography and what is on your website today. Open it full size, on a phone or a computer.

  3. Your team checks and sendsEdit any line, then send it from Capture.
  4. It reaches the right peopleGolf news to members, the range and coaching to visitors, half term to Adventure Golf families.

Eight · Capture Intelligence

What changed, what matters, what next.

Capture Intelligence brings the club’s approved data into one view and prepares the actions worth taking, for your team to review. Where it is connected to your tee-time booking, it updates every night, so the whole estate is in one place every morning.

  • It finds the visitors who keep coming back, the warmest membership prospects there are.
  • It shows the quiet tee times, so you can fill them before they go empty.
  • Every Monday, a briefing. What changed, what matters, and the three things worth doing.

Capture Intelligence is a developing platform. Availability and supported connections, including your tee-time booking, are confirmed with each club.

Search and AI

When someone asks, be the answer.

A society organiser asks Google for a golf day near Coventry and gets an AI Overview, not ten links. A parent asks ChatGPT where to take children for adventure golf near Solihull. A manager asks for a meeting room near Meriden. Each gets one answer. If the estate is not in it, it does not exist for that enquiry. Being in it is a page for every question, written so a machine can read it, with structured data that says what the place is, where it is and what it offers.

We checked ten pages of stonebridgegolf.co.uk on 4 November 2026. Every line below is checkable this afternoon.

A visitor asking whether trainers are allowed gets two different answers from your own site. That is the cheapest fix in this document, and it is included at every level.

Delivery

Ten weeks, with dates.

You asked for March or April. Each stage ends with something you can see.

1

Week 1 · Discovery

Half a day at the club. Sitemap agreed, the existing footage audited, the people shoot planned.

2

Weeks 2 to 3 · Design

Homepage and two templates presented. Nothing built until you sign off.

3

Weeks 4 to 7 · Build and shoot

Staging link from day one. The people shoot happens, and the clips are cut in parallel.

4

Week 8 · Content and review

Everything loaded and every placeholder gone. Staff trained to update it themselves.

5

Week 9 · Search and redirects

Every old address redirected and every link tested. Schema so AI assistants read the estate properly.

6

Week 10 · Live

Monday 22 March 2027, then two weeks of daily monitoring.

A go-ahead by Monday 11 January 2027 puts Stonebridge live on Monday 22 March, the week before Easter weekend. Each week later moves the launch a week later, into April.

Nine revenue streams four of them missing from the homepage

The struck-through four are not on the homepage today.

A template is a uniquely designed page, built once; that is where the work is. A content page uses a template that exists. The first template is the costly one, the ninth is not.

Five templates and the work that makes the estate the answer when somebody asks.

Adventure GolfPrices, opening hours, a party enquiry form and a booking route on one page. The separate Adventure Golf website folds into it or links to it, your choice.
Practice and coachingThe lake range, Trackman and Power Tees, opening hours, range membership, and a page for Ignite Golf with a way to book a lesson.
Somers Suite and eventsA capacity table (24 boardroom, 60 theatre, 75 social, 50 seated), meeting and winter packages, Christmas lunches, an enquiry form with date and numbers.
Pro shop and fittingMidlands Golf given a page, with what is stocked, custom fitting, opening hours and how to book a fitting.
JournalThe section exists at Essential. Complete adds the article writer and six launch articles. Below.
Search and AI visibilityStructured data on every page, a description per page, answer-led pages for all nine streams, a baseline measurement before launch. Essential gets the technical floor of redirects, titles, descriptions and a tested sitemap.

Plus routing, so each form reaches the right person with the fields they need. We write the copy at every level; Complete is ten more pages of it, for the parts of the estate that have never had a page of their own.

Every level has the journal. Complete fills it.

The journal, and the tool that fills it.

Essential includes the journal, and you write it. A journal only works if somebody keeps writing it, so from Complete we write six launch articles and hand you an article generator loaded with your knowledge base. A one-line brief returns a draft in your tone, written for Google and for AI assistants, which you edit and publish. Care and content adds two a month.

The six we would write first

  • What to expect and budget for a golf society day near Coventry and Solihull
  • What a round of adventure golf near Coventry costs, and how long it takes
  • Trackman, Power Tees and the lake at a floodlit driving range near Meriden
  • What to ask before you book Christmas lunch near Meriden
  • What the Somers Suite includes for meetings of up to 24 near Meriden
  • Flexible golf membership explained, and who it suits
